Dark Chocolate Biscuits
Our easy, easy recipe
" Chocolate biscuits are a real classic, loved by young and old. Here is the recipe for you to prepare our delicious chocolate biscuits at home , which we have already made our beloved guests of Palazzo Rotati savor .
Ingredients:
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 110 g of butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 220 g of dark chocolate
- a pinch of salt
Preparation :
- Melt the butter on the fire with the chocolate
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, yeast and salt
- Add the chocolate melted in the butter and mix everything well.
- Place the dough to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator covered with a transparent film.
- Make flattened balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
